“Reopening [i.e. REBUILDING] the North School site is the

right thing to do for the Hermosa School District to solve overcrowding.

We are presently over capacity by 500 students.

NOTE: HBCSD School Board members have ALWAYS had the ability to immediately reopen North School. Why did School Board members wait until 2013 to start the facilities process?
